From North of Portland on the Maine Turnpike: Take the Turnpike to Exit 52 (former Exit 9) in Falmouth . After the toll booth, follow signs to Interstate 295 South and continue with directions below.

From South of Portland on the Maine Turnpike: Take the Turnpike to Exit 44 (former Exit 6A), Downtown Portland . This exit will put you directly on Interstate 295 North. Continue with the directions below.

From Interstate 295: The route that is easiest (but not shortest) is as follows: From 295 North or South, take Exit 7. This will put you on the Franklin Street Arterial. Go through 4 lights. At the fifth you come to Middle Street; take a right onto Middle Street (which becomes Spring Street). At the light just before the Cumberland County Civic Center, take a right onto Center Street, then another right one block later onto Free Street. There is a parking lot on the right or the One City Center garage on the left. We do not recommend parking on the street as the meters are only for a maximum of 2 hours and the Parking Patrol are very vigilant. You are responsible for your own parking fees.

Park and enter our building between D.S. Lillet Flowers (15 Free Street) and Bark and Roll (13 Free Street). The elevator is up the stairs and at the end of the atrium area, across from the restaurant, Bingas (now closed). Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. The receptionist will direct you to the training room. Please note: the elevator will not open until 8:00am. If you arrive early, a good waiting place is the coffee house, Arabica, across from “Bark and Roll.”
